SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might return the following error when you attempt to log on:
This item cannot be saved because it is no longer locked
When this happens, check your SAS® Marketing Automation core log for the following error:
2011-03-19 06:55:52,868 WARN [][] lytics.crm.persistence.objects.IODavUtil - Unable to locate the DAV content for Marketing Automation Environment 2011-03-19 06:55:53,024 ERROR [e924c6576dd8f16e:-77b5ee28:12ec7af0b6a:-49ba][sasdemo] ics.crm.security.ejb.SecurityManagerBean - This item cannot be saved because it is no longer locked.
